Close-fitting clothing for the upper body, and flat, sturdy footwear that encloses your toes — no sandals or flip-flops. Outdoors, wear enough to keep warm and dry, with a coat you can slip on while waiting. Remove jewellery or facial piercings, and tie back long hair.
